I’m Monica, a Midwest girl through and through, and creativity has been part of me for as long as I can remember—it’s just something that has always come naturally. For nearly a decade, I’ve poured that creative energy into photography, but when I first started, people would ask, “What are you hoping to achieve with this?” Truthfully, I had no answer—because for me, creating wasn’t about an end goal; it was about the process, the feeling, the soul work.  

Even though I’ve turned my passion into a business, I still believe at its core, this work is about so much more. Motherhood, in particular, is deeply personal to me—my son changed my entire world for the better. Without him, I wouldn’t have even picked up a camera, and every image I capture is, in some way, a tribute to that journey. Motherhood shapes us forever, and that’s why telling these stories means everything to me.  

A little about me—I'm obsessed with finding new coffee shops, love being near water, and am always up for a good DIY skincare hack. I adore my family, love good food, and can befriend just about anyone. Oh, and apparently, I’m funny without even trying, which is both flattering and slightly awkward.
